How It Works

A simple guide to releasing your feelings.

1. Write What's On Your Mind

Use the main text box on the journal page to type out any feeling, thought, or worry. There's no character limit and no wrong way to do it. Just let it flow.

2. Choose a Release Method

Once you've written your note, choose one of the four buttons below. Each provides a unique symbolic release through a calming animation. Your note is then saved to your private history, which is only accessible from the slide-out menu.

3. Explore Calming Minigames

If you need a different kind of distraction, click the "Minigames" button. You'll find a collection of simple, relaxing activities designed to help you find a moment of peace.

Your Privacy is Paramount

All your "History" entries are stored only in your browser's local storage. They are never sent over the internet and cannot be seen by anyone else, including us.
